Officers within the Bowser administration introduced Friday the return of Summer season Restaurant Week in D.C. and inspired residents to take part.
Summer season Restaurant Week, held in live performance with the Restaurant Affiliation of Metropolitan Washington, encourages the patronage of District eateries beginning Monday and ending on Sept. 3. The week coincides with DC JazzFest and Labor Day weekend.
“D.C. is proud to have among the best meals scenes on the earth, and Summer season Restaurant Week is the proper time for residents and guests to find a spot you’ve by no means been, or revisit an previous favourite,” Mayor Muriel Bowser stated. “From mom-and-pop neighborhood eateries to award-winning world-class eating places, there’s something for everybody.
