Bishop Bailey, 73, has served because the chief, religious advisor, and sole trustee of The United Home of Prayer for All Folks for the final 15 years. He was the fourth chief of the church, which was based by Bishop Cabo Verdean Marcelino Manuel da Graça, also called Daddy Grace.
In 1919, Daddy Grace constructed the primary United Home of Prayer For All Folks in West Wareham, Massachusetts, and integrated the United Home of Prayer for All Folks in Washington, D.C. in 1927.
